Athens Scuba Park is a 28-acre, spring-fed dive park in Athens, TX — family-owned and operated since 1987. With a max depth of 28 feet and 25+ sunken wrecks to explore, it's built for certified divers to sharpen their skills and discover something new underwater. Our on-site dive shop handles sales, service, training, and travel. Check the banner at the top of the page for current water conditions before you head out.

With a max depth of 28 feet, the park is ideal for snorkelers and freedivers. Not feeling it? Grab a float and relax on the lake instead.
You don't have to dive to enjoy the park. The lake is open for swimming and floating — included with your day pass. Bring a tube or rent one from the shop.
Paddle the lake at sunset. Kayak rentals are included with your day pass. Bring your own or use ours. Available during park hours: Wed–Fri 10–5, Sat–Sun 8–6.

Premium full hookups (water, sewer, electric) and basic electric-only spots available. RV sites are available Wednesday through Saturday.
Set up camp and stay the weekend. Tent camping is just $10/person extra.
